Osamame Isekhuere (aka Black Arrow), 25, was shot
dead in by his friend in Benin while test-running the
efficacy of his anti bullet charms popularly called
‘Africa Insurance’.

The gun shot forced many traders in Oba market, at
the centre of Benin metropolis to lock up their shops
and run for their Lives following riots occasioned by
the killing.

According to VanguardNG, Osamame asked his
friend to shoot him to test a new charm that he had
acquired which was supposed to prevent bullets
from penetrating his skin after
incising and rubbing the charms on his body.

It was gathered that Osamame first shot at his friend
but the bullet did not penetrate but when the friend
shot at Osamame on the chest, the charm failed.
Osamame was said to have
died instantly.

His friends, who heard of the killing, burnt down a
building where the said friend was living in a rented
apartment. Police spokesman, DSP Uwoh Noble,
when contacted, said he
was yet to be briefed on the matter.
